Diatool Reamers

Drill Service is proud to be the UK distributor for German Company Diatool who produces High Precision reaming tools, Compensation Holders and reaming repairs. Their tools range from 5.6mm in their Monoblock range up to 225mm in the top speed rings.

The Diatool range includes Diatool Monoblock Reamers, Diatool Reaming Heads, Diatool Cutting Rings, and Compensation Floating Holders.

What we think sets Diatool appart is the repairability of the tools. All cutting edges can be either be expanded and reground or retipped. This hugely prolongs the tool life, as well as cutting down on tool wastage and helps to reduce cost on replacements. Through this process not only are you reducing the cost of your machining process but also its envriomentla impact.
