Drill Service stocks a large range of milling cutters, boring tools and slitting saws. Our high performance milling cutters are available in solid Carbide, HSCo and HSS, and options for any coating you require - making them suitable for cutting a variety of metals including iron, stainless steel, aluminium and other ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

At Drill Service we manufacture our own brand of End Mills and Slot Drills as well as modifying tools to customer’s special dimensions and making bespoke tooling products from scratch.

We stock the European-based brand Magafor who provide a high quality range or miniature milling cutters, as well as corner rounding cutters and chamfering mills. From the USA we stock Ultra Tool, Arch Cutting Tools and OSG – giving you flexibility of choice for all your milling applications.

We stock the most extensive range of conical tapered milling tools from Conical in the USA.  These are available in a variety of angles and sizes for your milling jobs. These items are often thought of as specials but are available off the shelf in both HSS and Carbide.
