CSPD - Polycrystalline Diamond Countersink

Starpax Polycrystalline Diamond tip is bonded onto two cutting edges. The countersink should be run at about three times the speed as for carbide and will retain their edge on very abrasive materials. These cutters work quicker and last longer while retaining the quality of the cutting edge. They sustain a higher standard of surface integrity which is vital round rivet and bolt holes on aircraft and automotive components. Available with 100 degree angle and threaded shank.
