ROUTBB - Diamond Router, Brazed Bond

These routers are made from diamond braze bonded onto a solid carbide shank (steel shank for larger sizes). The braze bond gives a stronger bond to the diamond particles giving a longer tool life. It also allows the tool to be cleaned by bead blasting and should be run at 2,000 to 5,000 ft/min. Sizes from 1/8" to 1" and 3.00 to 12.00 mm.
