XCHF - Xebec Cross-Hole Deburring, Alumina Fibre EXTRA LONG
Xebec Extra Long Deburring Brush for Crossholes.
Ideal for deburring cross holes, polishing and removing cutter marks on deep holes exceeding 150mm in depth.
The tool must not be rotated over 12000 rpm.
Precautions for use
The Brush will break off when
- rotated beyond the maximum rotational speed
- used with a pneumatic tool
- rotated outside the cylinder (outside workpiece)
Special order item.
These tools are made up of 3 parts - Brush, Shank and Collar must all be ordered. The Collar is made to suit your hole diameter - minus 0.2/0.3 smaller than your hole diameter to allow clearance. When ordering please put your hole size in comments box so we can order the correct collar.H
